We usually communicate with our clients via phone or email, but if you’d prefer to visit us, we offer a consultancy service at a fee of £30 per 30 minutes where we can meet you at our London or Dhaka HQ, discuss your concept and ideas.
We ask clients to bring along any sketches/designs and garment references with them so we can have a look at everything to understand your needs.
Trademark
We also offer assistance with trademarking your brand name. With all applications, we undertake an initial trademark report to check your chosen name’s availability against current registered trademarks.
This provides you with all necessary information before progressing with the application and greatly increases your application success rate.

Quotation
Upon completing/receiving your design specs, we will send these over to our factories and obtain price quotes for both samples and bulk production.
Please note:all prices given for samples and bulk orders exclude shipping, import duty and VAT and are only valid for 7 days before re-quotation is necessary due to exchange rates.
Fabric Sourcing
We assist with all fabric and trim sourcing during the sampling process based on your requirements. Our suppliers have a wide range of fabrics and trims available, which they source based on your colour palette and reference images in the tech packs.
We include fabric and trim details in all tech packs to provide as much detail as possible ensuring clear communication with the factories to minimise miscommunication or errors during sampling. We can also pantone dye to particular shades but this is subject to larger minimum orders.
We take 50% deposit to start any bulk orders.
Packaging
All orders come pressed and packed in plain poly bags and include woven labels, care labels and standard swing tags. Custom packaging such as branded tissue paper, poly bags, delivery bags and premium swing tags are available at an additional cost.
Delivery
As we mainly work with our factory in Bangladesh, we have to charge import duty and air freight/ocean freight on bulk orders.
We can get a variety of quotes for you based on your budget, the lowest cost being ocean shipping- although this option takes significantly longer to arrive in the UK. Delivery options can be discussed once the bulk order has been placed and we know your final order quantity.

Important step is to arrange sample production. As well as receiving your completed design specs, our factories tend to send confirmation emails for each sample just to double check we’ve got all details correct!
It’s important to get the first sample as close to your desired outcome as possible, as due to the low MOQ’s our factories offer, they prefer not to re-sample. Instead, we send the factory your sample feedback and move forward to bulk production, implementing the final amendments as pre-production samples.
We have in-house designers who can produce Tech packs (CAD designs) for you, which are vital to ensuring our overseas factories fully understand every detail of your garments and how to manufacture it.
For each garment design, you will receive the outline design complete with full specification of fabrics, design features, trims and a fully graded size chart – which can be shown in as many colourways as you require.
Garment Design
Once your tech packs and final CADs have been signed off, for an added fee, we can then develop them into fashion illustrations to show all of your styles as a coherent collection. This is also known as a garment line up.
